1. General Information

The information provided by RenterCleanBot ("we," "us," or "our") on this website is for general informational and educational purposes only. All information on the site is provided in good faith; however, we make no representation or warranty of any kind, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, adequacy, validity, reliability, availability, or completeness of any information on the site.

2. Affiliate Disclosure

RenterCleanBot is a participant in the CJ Affiliate (formerly Commission Junction) advertising program, an affiliate advertising program designed to provide a means for sites to earn advertising fees by advertising and linking to various merchant websites.

This means that if you click on a link to a product on our site and make a purchase, we may receive a small commission at no additional cost to you. The merchants we work with include (but are not limited to) smart home device brands, home improvement retailers, and technology companies.

This commission helps support our website and allows us to continue testing and reviewing smart home products for renters. We only recommend products we genuinely believe will add value to our readers, regardless of the commission we may earn.

3. Professional Disclaimer

The site cannot and does not contain professional legal, electrical, or home improvement advice. The smart home and automation information is provided for general educational and entertainment purposes only and is not a substitute for professional advice. Always consult with your landlord, a licensed electrician, or a professional before making any modifications to your rental property, even if they are marketed as "no-drill" or "renter-friendly."

4. Product Availability and Pricing

Product prices and availability are accurate as of the date/time indicated and are subject to change. Any price and availability information displayed on merchant websites at the time of purchase will apply. We make every effort to provide accurate information, but we cannot guarantee that all product details are 100% accurate at all times.

5. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstance shall we have any liability to you for any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the site or reliance on any information provided on the site. Your use of the site and your reliance on any information on the site is solely at your own risk.

6. External Links Disclaimer

The site may contain links to other websites that are not operated by us. If you click on a third-party link, you will be directed to that third party's site. We strongly advise you to review the Privacy Policy and Terms of Service of every site you visit. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services.
